A lifelong resident of Naselle and western Wahkiakum County, Mike has helped buyers and sellers navigate the local real estate market since 1995. As the designated broker and owner of Mike Swanson Realty, he brings decades of experience and a practical understanding of the homes, acreage, timberland, and rural properties found throughout Pacific and Wahkiakum counties.

Mike’s connection to the area extends far beyond real estate. For 27 years, he owned and operated the Rosburg Store, where he came to know generations of local families and became a trusted part of the community. He has also served the region as a commissioner for Pacific County Public Utility District No. 2.

Proud of the area’s Finnish-American heritage, Mike has served as chairperson of the Naselle Finnish American Folk Festival and continues to organize the festival’s annual golf tournament. His involvement reflects a longstanding commitment to preserving local traditions, bringing people together, and supporting the community he calls home.
